RAPID RESPONSE 24/7
When you have an emergency, you don’t want to wait.
With Ameridry, YOU WON’T HAVE TO WAIT!
With fire emergencies, your safety is our #1 concern. We will immediately begin to board-up your home, tarp your roof and do what’s necessary to secure your property and ensure that you won’t face additional damage once the first responders leave. Once the immediate concerns are addressed, we will help restore both your belongings and your home.
Once you make the call to Ameridry, a fire containment team will immediately be dispatched to your property. Upon arrival to your home, their first job will be to coordinate with first responders to ensure everyone’s safety during the board-up process. Our team can then board-up any damaged areas to your home and install tarps to address any areas where your home may be open to the elements – including on your roof if there was any roof damage during the fire.
If there is water damage to your property, and because mold can begin to grow within 24-48 hours, our team will begin the dry-out process immediately, installing industrial sized dehumidifiers to quickly reduce the amount of moisture in the air. Fast response will aid in keeping health hazards to a minimum, while reducing fire related damage to your property.
Ameridry is a state licensed mold remediation company and we are accustomed to working with homeowners who are both insured and uninsured for the work that needs to be completed. We will work with you to determine if your insurance will cover your mold remediation work, and if so, we will coordinate with them every step of the way.
If your insurance will not cover the remediation process for any reason, we will work with you to determine the most cost-effective solution to fix your mold problem.
Smoke residue is generally acidic in nature and can corrode metal surfaces. PVC plastic when burned produces highly corrosive particles that can combine with atmospheric moisture and form hydrochloric acid. Our team is trained to handle all these and other potential concerns during cleanup.
Cleanup may involve the temporary or permanent removal of various items within your home, including damaged furniture and possessions (which we can help clean/restore), damaged drywall, flooring, cabinetry or other affected building materials.
Throughout the cleanup process, we will likely continue to run dehumidifiers to ensure that moisture levels remain low and any areas that are discovered that have been affected by water are quickly dried-out.
Fire often causes damage not only to cosmetic items in your home, but can cause structural and foundation damage as well. Ameridry is a licensed and insured General Contractor, and we have the skills, experience and ability to handle any reconstruction effort.
In addition to being a licensed General Contractor, Ameridry employs a full team of sub-contractors, so we can handle all aspects of the restoration of your home. From framing, drywall repair, painting, flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC on the interior to siding, roofing, grading and concrete work on the exterior, Ameridry can handle any and all of your construction needs.
